The skirt has a wider yoke, that will hold your tummy in perfectly, and 2 side pockets. The pocket sack is top-stitched together to the skirt front, so it does not flap around. The pattern is made primarily for woven fabrics, but knit fabrics could also be used, keeping the yoke in a woven fabric or replacing it with an elastic knit waist band. The skirt will look great in any length. Try a short or midi versions (they are both marked on the pattern).
